Usage Instructions:

Give one chewable tablet once every month.

Can be given with or without food.

Begin treatment at 6 weeks of age.

Ensure your dog is tested and cleared for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment.
✔ Dogs up to 11 kg (25 lbs) – Use Blue Pack (68 mcg Ivermectin)
✔ Dogs 11–22 kg (26–50 lbs) – Use Green Pack (136 mcg Ivermectin)
✔ Dogs 22–44 kg (51–100 lbs) – Use Brown Pack (272 mcg Ivermectin)
✔ Dogs over 44 kg (100 lbs) – Combine appropriate doses as directed by your vet
Important Notes:
Dogs not previously on ivermectin must be tested for heartworm infection before beginning treatment.
If your dog misses doses for more than 6 months, restart monthly dosing and retest after 6 months.
Rare side effects may occur when used at labeled dosages.
